A favorite entrée is Dungeness Crab Butter Sauté which is Dungeness crab, olive oil, shallots, tomatoes, white wine, Siracha (Thai chili sauce), green onions, unsalted butter, crab butter from inside the crab's shell, garlic, and clam broth. Also prepared Sicilian style with oil and vinegar and garlic. Also prepared steamed hot, chilled and in Cioppino.
