About the Professional Women’s Network of the Monterey Peninsula:

PWN is a National Professional Women's Organization based on the Monterey Peninsula. Members have networking opportunities throughout Monterey County, the United States and Canada. PWN is a fun interactive professional networking group of enthusiastic women (and a few outstanding businessmen) supporting & honoring each other for their personal fulfillment and business success. We exist to create an environment of empowerment in which women come together in a spirit of collaboration providing opportunities to build lasting relationships, professional development, and business connections.

PWN has established a Women Helping Women Fund to honor the memory of Gina Estrada, the PWN 2021 Woman of the Year and an outstanding member who was known for her deep commitment to helping women in business.

In honor of all she did for both PWN members and for so many more, this fund stands as a beacon of hope for women.  This legacy will keep her work vibrant and move her dreams and aspirations forward through the lives of women who are ready to take the steps to grow both professionally and personally in success.

This fund awards funds to women for their professional and personal advancement and education.  All donations are very much appreciated.  See a list of community recipients on the PWN website.
