In this open forum style presentation, Windsor Lindor will share and discuss many ways to more strategically manage our time both in our personal and professional lives. He will also provide information about Emotional Intelligence and effective coaching tools he uses with his clients.

About Windsor Lindor

Windsor Lindor Consulting was founded in 2003 by Windsor Lindor and gave rise to Life Expansion  and Purpose Driven Coaching Tools. These tools are drawn from Windsor Lindor's experiences and training as a Project Manager, Solutions Architect, Business Executive and Life Coach ("Co-Active Model") to create a proven coaching model/process.

Windsor Lindor is a nationally-acclaimed Life Coach, Executive Coach, and Project Manager. He brings over 15 years of experience in building effective, productive working relationships. Windsor Lindor is a graduate of Northeastern University and earned a BS in Computer Science. He received his Life Coach training at Coaches' Training Institute (CTI), a premiere International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coaching program. He also received his certification in Effective Consultant at Leadership Strategies Institute.

The free lecture will take place from 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. After the lecture, there will be a No Host Dinner and further Q and A with Will Elkadi. 

From 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m., Cibo is also offering attendees a special 3-course "Pasta, Pizza and Professionals" Dinner price of $24.95 (including a choice of Local Field Greens or Tuscan Bean Soup, a choice of Pizza Margherita, Rigatoni Di Giovanni Pasta, Salmon or Chicken) and dessert will feature Tiramisu. On Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, the cool sound of Jazz accompanies dinner from 7 p.m. - 10 p.m. The restaurant features a lively and fun atmosphere with Reggae, R&B, Rock or Salsa dance music on Friday and Saturday nights from 9:00 p.m. - 12:30 a.m. with no cover charge.  Cibo is now "wired" with free Internet service. 

With 150 seats, including intimate booths for dining , and room for over 50 people in the attractive bar area, Cibo also accommodates large groups for business functions, wedding rehearsals and receptions, special group dining events, and customized private parties.  Cibo now has a new 500 square-foot outdoor heated seating area along Alvarado Street available for Happy Hour, dinner and drinks after dinner.
